DLSU is only for their students. I was looking for a national library just like the one in this post.

DLSU library back when i was studying was ok. This was before wifi was everywhere. hell, i had a hard time finding wifi at Figaro's much less starbucks back then. I also had a chance to visit the British Council, they had a small selection of books too. still, it would be nice to have a huge library/museum in manila that people can actually enjoy.
