I love this idea! @cocoy suggested that I leave a comment here re: the suggestion to have the respondents/contestants post their stories/photos online and the one with the most votes/comments wins! or maybe have a category just for online and another offline. would be cool to see how much social media can make a difference in getting the word out...as it has powerfully done so (as i've witnessed from here in Hawaii when Ondoy/Ketsana struck the Philippines).
