If you're a movie buff and in a budget, you would love this movie house located at 公館 Gongguan area, Taipei, Taiwan.
A normal movie ticket in Taiwan is sold between 290NT to 320NT. This cinema, 來來佳佳大戲院 (go the movies) only costs 100NT for 2 movies that were just shown 2 to 3months ago. Wow!
The theater normally feature different combination of movies. There are hollywood movies & chinese movies so you can take your pick. My mom always go to there. She told me that it really doesn't make much difference because the movie is still new in her opinion (w/c I agree by the way). Just 2 months after its major release is still fresh and I still consider that as new as well.
So if you're living in Taipei and in the mood to have movie marathon. This is the place to go.
We do have "somewhat" similar promos here in Manila. SM cinemas offer us old movies for just Php10! I mean it's pretty much free! But the movies are from wayyy wayyy back, like years ago. I hope local movie houses do something similar as 來來佳佳大戲院 (go the movies).
